Social Media Sharing Right Clause:

If you are posting any of the digital files to social media (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram etc.) You MUST give credit to Scarlet and Salt Photography. I understand the outlined portion of copyright law. I understand that I as the client do not intellectually or artistically own these images. I understand that I will give credit where credit is due by tagging or simply crediting “Scarlet and Salt Photo” in the caption of my photos/posts. I understand that I do not have the right to edit or tamper with any of the professional photos taken of me under my signed contract with Scarlet and Salt Photo and if I do so I am breaking copyright law. I understand that if I do not abide by these policies I will forfeit my right to a print release of all photos taken of me under this contract and release. By using any of these images, you are agreeing to the above terms.
